"I Lost It in the Pool"

Many of our members joined For Women Only Fitness Center to lose weight and tone up. The last place they thought would help them was our pool. After working out on our state of  the art equipment, they would take a dip in our  pool to 'cool down'. What they didn't  realize, is ONE hour of swimming actually burns more calories than walking for ONE hour on the treadmill. One of our members showed a dramatic change in body fat in a couple of months. When she was asked...How did you lose the weight? she said,  "I lost it in the pool".

We spared no expense when creating, what we consider, the perfect aquatic environment. As you scroll down you can see the pool. We also have a hot tub, steam room, and a sauna.
